AG - Necklace Customer Order

18 inches natural gemstone necklace. 

Gemstones: Rondelle and Faceted Chrysoprase and Lapis Lazuli in 7-8mm bead sizes. We might add additional natural beads for transition. 

Clasp: 14k gold filled sailor claps

Findings and spacers: 14k gold filled

Details: hand-knot in S-Lon/Silk thread. Customer to choose color - recommendation: navy blue. High quality thread. 

All materials are curated from small business located in the US. We support our local suppliers! 

Customer Design Guidelines: 

1. I want to make sure you receive exactly what you’re dreaming of. If I purchase the gemstones and, when they arrive, they don’t meet my quality standards, I will let you know and refund your order.

2. Since I will be sourcing your stones, it may take 1–2 weeks (most of the time 1 week) for everything to arrive. I use small businesses located in the U.S. only for my supplies.

3. I will send you photos of the design before I start the hand-knotting process so you can approve it.

4. Once your design is ready, I will ship it to you. Customer orders are not eligible for return. Please let us know if you are not happy with your order so we can assist. 

5. Once you receive your necklace, if there is any malfunction or issue, please reach out and I’ll fix it at no cost to you. Please contact us, directly.
